How to book the hotel…?
- Step 1 – call us or mail us your requirement (we will reply you within 24 hrs only in office timing).
- Step 2 – visit our office to choose the proper destination / Hotel from economy to Luxury as per your requirement. We will guide you at our best
- Step 3 – Pay full amount at our office by cash / cheque / e-transfer & get a valid receipt of it. (Rules & Regulations)
We request you to Book the Hotel before 15 days in general vacations & before 45 Days in Peak Season for Confirm Booking.
RULES for Private Hotels
- Reservation of accommodation once made is not transferable.
- Change in period of Reservation is not permissible.
- Full occupancy charges for the entire period of stay to be paid in cash at the time of Booking.
- Room Cancellation is made according to the policy of Respective Hotel /Resort.
- Explorers is not held responsible for any type of Natural Calamity / Technical Problem which result into cancellation of Room, at that time money is not refundable.
- Luxury Tax differs according to the Rules & Policy of Hotel / Resort. & It will be calculated on total booking amount. (Room rate + Extra Person)
- Room Rate differs according to the season & policy of respective Hotel / Resort.
- A/C does not work during load shading schedule.
- Children below 5 Years are Free, if Sharing Bed with Parents.
- Extra Person will be charged separately.
- Service charge per place will be extra.
- Room Numbers are not given, only receipt of Explorers is good enough to get the mentioned Room.
- Receipt is subject to realization of Cheque.
- Cheques are accepted only before 8 days of Check in Date.
- After cancellation refund amount, will be given by Cheque only.
- Service Tax 3.09% Extra.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to pune jurisdiction only.
SAILENT FEAUTRES OF RESERVATION RULES – MTDC Hotels
- Full Occupancy charges for the entire period of stay to be paid in cash at the time of Booking.
- Reservation of accommodation once made is not transferable.
- Change in period of Reservation is not permissible.
- Pre-pone / postponement of reservation is permissible only once with 10% additional Charges.
- Accommodation reserved should be occupied on the first day of reservation or at the latest on the following day before check in time, otherwise reservation will be treated as cancelled and 100% amount will be forfeited.
- The following deduction will be made in case of cancellation.
- 7 days before the check-in date & time 10%
- Within 7 days, but before72 hrs. of check-in-date & time 25%
- Within 72 hrs. of check-in-date & time or “No show” 100%
- Refund for cancellation, will be effected at MTDC’s Main Reservation Division, Mumbai, Regional Offices and information Counters at Kolhapur & Goa as per rules in force for cancellation of accommodation.
- Refund for cancellation, will be affected at MTDC Central reservation division, Mumbai on all working days & 2nd & 4th Saturday between 11 am to 4 pm and during the office hrs. at all regional offices & information counters at kolhapur & Goa as per rules in force for cancellation of accommodation.
- After cancellation refund amount, will be given by Cheque only
- The Luxury tax will be applicable as per the government rules.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Two children’s below 12 years FREE, if sharing bed with Parents.
